iwascoding Macworld presentation on YouTube

If you weren’t able to make it to Macworld 2009 or you missed our booth, there is no need to be unhappy anymore:

Chris Pirillo was nice enough to record a short presentation of several of our applications given by Paul on video (actually Paul was sick so Chris is doing most of the talking).

The video is now available on YouTube for your viewing pleasure:

GarageSale 5.1 supports new listing durations and return policy details

GarageSale 5.1 is now available for download.

This release supports the new fixed price item durations (30 Days and ‘Good Til Canceled’) eBay recently introduced.

GarageSale 5.1 lets you specify your return policy in the new more detailed format soon to be required by eBay for all items.

We also included the ‘International Site Visibility’ listing upgrade, which makes your item appear in similar categories on other eBay sites. Please see the official documentation for more information about this feature.

For a complete list of what’s new please check out the GarageSale version history.

GarageSale 5.1 is a free update for users of GarageSale 4 or 5. Updates from older version are available at the Kagi store starting at $14.99.

GarageBuy 1.5 displays item specifics

We just released GarageBuy 1.5, an important update to our software for finding and purchasing eBay items from your Mac.

This new release downloads and displays item specifics (a.k.a item attributes) even when the application is configured to not show the item webpage. Combined with “image scrubbing” in image view mode (see animation below) you can find exactly what you are looking for even more quickly.

GarageBuy Touch users on the iPhone will be pleased to hear that GarageBuy 1.5 learned to move watched auctions to the user’s ‘My eBay’ from where GarageBuy Touch on the iPhone can pick them up.

If you find it too time consuming to stay on top of your eBay searches, give GarageBuy a try. It’s a free download.
