Announcing the GarageSale Design Store

Monday, March 8th, 2010

There’s one new feature on the road map for the upcoming GarageSale 5.4, that wasn’t public until we released the latest beta version:

GarageSale’s built-in Design Store

Initially the design store offers 50 new multi-layout designs starting at USD/EUR 1.99. These designs can be previewed and purchased directly from within GarageSale and are automatically downloaded and installed.

More information about our new design store can be found in the initial announcement on our user group or in our online manual.

If you have feedback on this new feature, please let us know. We’d also like to hear from designers who are creating eBay auction designs and like to see their designs in our store.

GarageSale 5.4 Beta Testing

Thursday, February 25th, 2010

After months of work, we’re nearing the release of GarageSale 5.4, including important new feature and lots of fixes. Before the finale release, we want to share a beta with our users so we can iron out any issues, we haven’t uncovered in our internal testing yet. You can download the beta version from here.

Changes in GarageSale 5.4 include:

  • Bulk re-listing with the ability to only update certain auction attributes. This way sellers can re-list items with changes without losing their Best Match search rank.
  • GarageSale can now include your auction’s title to your Twitter status updates.
  • Uploads bigger images when eBay’s picture service (EPS) is used, to make better use of the Zoom feature on eBay’s item page.

Please see the release notes for a list of all the other stuff we’ve added for GarageSale 5.4

GarageSale 5.4 is a free update for all users of GarageSale 4 or 5.
