Introducing GarageSale 10 [beta]
We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of the 10th version of GarageSale. It introduces new unique features like an AI Listing Generator, Scheduler Groups and Pick List printing. Also, read below for an important upcoming eBay API change.

What’s New in GarageSale 10
AI Listing Generator
Save time and let artificial intelligence (AI) create your listings.
All you need to do is to provide one or more listings with item images. Based on the images, GarageSale’s AI Listing Generator will generate a sophisticated item description and title, add attributes, and pick a category.
Scheduler Groups
Scheduler Groups simplify timed, recurring listing starts. Any regular group can now be converted into a “Scheduler Group”. The scheduler group will automatically start the containing listings at the set time range.
Print Pick Lists and Labels
The GarageSale Listing section now offers a print feature! You can select one or multiple listings and then print a pick list or item labels. Just select “Print Pick List” from the “Listing” menu or add a print button to the toolbar. You can customize print templates or create your own as well.
New Generation of Design Templates
35 new so-called “Pro Design+” design templates have been added to GarageSale’s Design browser.
- All “Pro Design+” templates come with different design styles
- You can enter your own slogan, e.g. for your store
- New Tab Bar option for Info Boxes
- New “collapsable” option for Info Boxes
- Many of the Pro Designs let you insert your own header image URL
- Insert a field to promote your eBay store
- Select the new “No Images Under Description” option, if you don’t want to have the layout option add images below the description
Improved Product Persons Panel
Product Persons (part of the Product Safety feature) can now be exported & imported, duplicated and also sorted.
Shipping Services Filter
The list of available shipping services in the shipping options can get very long. To make finding the right service easier for you, the shipping services popup now has a live filter field to narrow down the list of available services.
Order Mode: New Print Templates
In Order mode new print templates have been added to the “Packing Slips” print feature. In addition to packing slips you can now also print item labels, pick lists, item overviews and address lists.
More Improvements
- Groups can be sorted by Price, Category and Store Category
- New Option in the GarageSale Settings: Show Recursive Item Count. If selected, outline view groups show the count of all contained items including subfolders, instead of only showing the count of items on the first level.
- New eBay APIs: GarageSale has been updated to use the latest eBay API for downloading certain category attributes. It also switched to a new eBay API for uploading listing images to eBay’s picture service (EPS).
- Product Safety: Fixed an issue with appending documents to listings
- Orders Section: Adopted a new eBay API to display a buyer’s registration address
- Report Section: Improved graphical reports
- Added option to remove orphaned images files to the diagnostic panel
- Apple Script: Improved support for store categories and item specifics
- Added French and Italian message templates
- Fixed issues on eBay sites that switched from “Global Shipping” to “eBay International Shipping” (eBay US and eBay UK)
- New app icon and updated artwork throughout user interface
eBay will soon switch to a new API
GarageSale 10 has been updated to use the latest eBay API for uploading images to eBay’s picture service (EPS). Please be aware that the eBay API used by GarageSale 9 is supposedly turned off end of September 2026!* For this reason, please consider upgrading as soon as possible so that you are prepared for this change on eBay.

Upgrade Details
Download and test GarageSale 10 without any risks. Your existing GarageSale database will not be altered. If you are using the GS Pro synching, please see the notes below.
- For subscribers of the GarageSale Pro service this upgrade is FREE
- Upgrade licenses are available from USD/EUR 19.99
- If you recently purchased a license for the previous version (on or after May 1st, 2025), you are eligible for a free upgrade license
- System Requirements: macOS 12 or later (macOS 15 or newer recommended; earlier versions may work but are not supported)
Notes for GS Pro Synching Users
If you are using the Mac-to-Mac synching feature of GarageSale Pro, please note that GarageSale 10 uses an updated data schema, which older versions of GarageSale cannot handle.
Therefore, make sure to update GarageSale on all your Macs.
Allow Keychain Access!
Since GarageSale 10 uses a different application identifier, you’ll need to grant it access to each eBay token in your Mac’s keychain. So, when the system displays such a permission panel, make sure to click the “Always Allow” button.
