Fire up your copy of GarageSale to get your hands on eight brand new auction designs included with Design Packs #22 and #23.
As always, each of the new designs contains multiple layouts (some more than 20) that let you choose how images and description are aligned on the auction page. For most of the designs in pack #23 you can choose between different background colors and turn off the theme-specific graphics.

We just put the final version of our new application GarageBuy online. GarageBuy is the first native desktop application for the Mac that has been certified by eBay for bidding.
That means that you can place your bids right from within application. You bids will be transmitted to eBay through their official API, resulting in a very low latency.
And … Yes, Folks. GarageBuy is Free!

For quite some time we have been selling GarageSale on eBay. At first we did this because we eventually ran out of items we could sell on eBay for testing our software. But much to our surprise there were actually users who refused to buy from other channels than eBay.
Today our eBay feedback score hit the 2000 mark.
You can check out our eBay feeback page here.

We just released a new beta version of GarageBuy, our new application for searching and bidding on eBay:
GarageBuy 1.0 Beta 5 fixes a few glitches present in earlier development versions. If you are using any of the earlier beta releases, you should definitely update to this version.
GarageBuy is the first Mac application featuring eBay-certified bidding functionality. Bids can be placed instantly without having to wait for all those web pages to load.
It also features an intuitive Gallery view, which loads as many images from your found items as fit on your screen. You don’t have to open each single listing just to see how the item looks anymore.
Just start your existing copy and the built-in update mechanism will install the current release on your mac automatically.
For more more information and the download link, please visit the GarageBuy home page.

the ‘Download All New Designs’ toolbar button to install the new design on your mac.
Here is a preview of two of the new designs:
P.S. You might have to restart GarageSale to see new designs in the preview mode. We are working to get this fixed.

There are just too many changes in GarageSale 3.2 to cover them all in this announcement:
The new version supports eBay’s digital delivery option for electronic goods, offers CoverFlow for Auction Design selection, lets you enter re-usable text blocks for your item description, and integrates with eBay’s new international shipping options. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Please see the GarageSale page for a complete version history.
GarageSale 3.2 is a free update for all registered users (in fact all updates since GarageSale 1.0 have been free).

Although we generally enjoy exhibiting at MacWorld (and other trade shows in general), there are these ever re-occuring situations which tend to become a little bit frustrating after having been on your feet for the last six hours.
For our relief and your amusement we will start sharing those experiences with you:

GarageSale 3.1.3 is out. You can grab it from the GarageSale page. Among other things, it improves handling of the warning messages issued by eBay about the upcoming USPS rate change.
It also includes 4 new multi-layout designs, each of them allowing you two choose between two different background colors. You can preview the new designs here. By popular request, we also updated the Spotlight design to support up to 50 images with each layout.
