Include gallery image in auction

Why is it that this option does not work? I have left this unchecked, as I want to have a separate image for the ebay gallery and not have this image on the actual ebay listing page. When unchecked however, on preview the gallery image still shows up in the ebay listing page.

Is this a bug? How soon will this be fixed?
