If you are only offering a single, flat fee shipping service you can specify directly in the Shipping section of the inspector window. If you want to offer international or flat shipping or multiple shipping services you have to bring up the Shipping Options panel.

Working with the Shipping Options Panel
The shipping panel is split into three sections, one general section, one for domestic and one for international shipping options.
General
In the first one you can specify the package info (applies for calculated shipping only).
Domestic Shipping
In each of the latter sections you can specify up to three different shipping services and the rates at which you are willing to ship your item.
Local Pickup Only
If you are only offering your item for pickup by the buyer, select Local Pickup Only - No Shipping. On some eBay sites, this option is not available. Therefore the checkbox is disabled. In these case a matching shipping service should be available from the shipping services popup.
Special Shipping Terms
If you don't want to specify a shipping service and shipping fee for your item until your item has sold (or you would like to specify special shipping terms in the description text), activate the See Descriptions for Shipping Terms option.
Multiple quantity auctions
If you are starting a multiple item auction using the quantity field, you can also provide different shipping rates in the “Additional Items” field. If you do not provide an additional items shipping rate for multiple item auctions, eBay will assume that each additional item will add the basic shipping fee to the overall amount of the shipping.
Overseas Surcharge
GarageSale offers an overseas surcharge field for sellers on eBay.com, where they can specify an additional shipping charge if the item ships to Hawaii, Puerto Ricco, or other US-oversea areas.
Calculated Shipping
Calculated Shipping is only offered on the eBay USA and eBay Motors USA sites. The shipping options presented are drawn from the eBay site on which you are selling - not from the country where your items are located. There are two shipping categories for the services available, Domestic and International. For each category you may offer up to three shipping options, for example normal, express, etc. depending upon the eBay site you are using, there may also be additional options for Shipping Destinations, for example Europe, World-Wide, America, etc. Diverse criteria are cross-checked by GarageSale to simplify your choice of shipping options. At any given time only your available options are presented by the program.
International Shipping
In the International Shipping section you can select the parts of the world you are willing to ship your items to. You can also specify up to three international shipping services. If you want to offer one of those services for certain shipping destinations only, select the “Other Destinations” checkbox and choose those destinations from the “Destinations” pop-up menu.
Promotional Shipping Discounts
You can apply Promotional Shipping Discounts to your listings. Learn more about this feature on the eBay website.
Combined Shipping
You can choose between multiple combined shipping discounts profiles.
Discount profiles provide way to specify how a buyer would benefit from lowered shipping fees when purchasing several items from a seller, which would then be combined in a single shipment. In GarageSale's shipping options panel, there is a popup that lets you select among the combined shipping discount profiles you have specified on the My eBay website. You might need to update your discount profiles in GarageSale under
Preferences > Accounts > Discount Profiles
to make all discount profiles appear in the shipping options panel.
