Watch the GarageSale Basics tutorial to learn how GarageSale makes listing your items on eBay a snap
Modes
When using GarageSale you work in one of four modes. You can identify your current mode by the active tab at the top of the main window.
- Templates
Prepare your auctions.
- Previews
Preview your auctions.
- Scheduler
Schedule your auctions.
- Auctions
Track and manage your started auctions.
Templates Mode
When working in Templates you can create auction templates, a collection of personalized formats for auctions. Draft a new auction and, if you would like to reuse that layout, just keep the template or even duplicate it. Use Templates to quickly create new auctions using these predetermined formats.
It is NOT necessary to create a new template for every new auction.
You can learn more about setting up an auction template in Setting Up Auction Templates.
Previews Mode
Previews gives you an idea of how your auction will look after you have submitted it to eBay. Check your layout decisions with the preview function quickly and easily. You can modify the layout in this mode as well. Due to the dynamic nature of eBay pages, some differences between the GarageSale preview and the actual auction may occur.
Scheduler Mode
Schedule your auctions to be started at a certain time. Keep GarageSale running and your auctions will get started automatically at the point in time you have set.
Auctions Mode
Auctions provides you with a list of your auctions. If you click on one of your auctions you will get detailed information about it.
